March 25, 2006 -- There could be a new entry for the Guinness Book of World Records. A nine-week-old kitten named Heed could be the tiniest one around.
Heed is only three inches tall and tips the scale at one point two pounds.
Vets believe at six to eight months, the California feline will be full size and then will be the smallest cat in the world.
