OVERBROOK - May 16, 2006 -- A wayward squirrel inside the fireplace of an Overbrook home caused quite a stir last night.
Family members called animal control, which responded after finding the right equipment. The squirrel put up a fight and even got loose in the house at one point.
After the frantic squirrel stopped and ran into another room, animal control was able to capture it.
The squirrel was caged and will be released elsewhere.
