BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. (AP) - February 25, 2013 (WPVI) -- If you visit Emporia, Kansas, you can drink the water.

And enjoy it, too.

Emporia has the best tap water.

The city wins the honor at the 23rd annual Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting.

It's the first time that Emporia has competed in the event held in West Virginia.

A panel of media judges also awards the top bottled water prize to Canadian Gold Artesian Water.
