Sophisticated ladies features deep clothing savings

CHADDS FORD, Pa. - March 15, 2010 (WPVI) -- A new consignment shop in Chadds Ford, Delaware County, offers great deals on brand name items.

We found a black floral sundress from Ann Taylor for $32, a wrap blouse from Jones New York for $18 and a Tahari suit for $68.

Judy Sapol, a former nurse, opened "Sophisticated Ladies" 6-months ago because she thought it would be fun and because the economy was ripe for re-sale.

"I think the timing was right, I think the location is perfect, and we have a very upscale boutique. And we've increased our business substantially."

The shop features women's clothes that you'd find at high-end departments stores at prices that are 75 to 80% below new retail.

We found a St. John three-piece evening suit priced at $202 and a tunic top from Macy's I-N-C line for just $14.

The shop also has some amazing deals on designer accessories. We found a Louis Vuitton purse priced at $198, a Furla purse is $162 and a Coach purse for just $52.

The store also had satin Jimmy Choos for $152, while a pair of Bruno Magli's is reduced to the bargain price of just $28.
