Sept. 17, 2012 (WPVI) -- Today marks the 22th anniversary of the United States Constitution and to celebrate, the National Constitution Center is offering free admission.
And throughout the day, there will additional free activities, including a reading of the Preamble, a chance to sign a giant copy of the document, a naturalization ceremony and birthday cake.
