Feb. 23, 2013 (WPVI) -- If you're looking for a fun and educational afternoon on Sunday, check out the National Constitution Center -- for FREE.
The NCC is offering free admission from noon until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 24, 2013.
Visitors will enjoy free access to the museum, including the Center's main exhibition The Story of We the People, the award-winning multimedia presentation Freedom Rising, and the iconic Signers' Hall, as well as the feature exhibition American Spirits: The Rise and Fall of Prohibition.
