The Best of Class Special: MAY 15th, 7PM

  

(Philadelphia, PA) (WPVI) -- They are poised to lead. They are destined to shine. They are - The Best of the Class 2010! For the 28th consecutive year, more than 230 of the area's top high school students will be honored in a 6abc special broadcast, Best of the Class 2010 - Presented by Drexel University, Saturday at 7pm.

Produced on the beautiful campus of Drexel University, 6abc celebrates the academic achievement of the area's top senior students. The special ½ hour broadcast, hosted by Matt O'Donnell and Tamala Edwards (Action News Mornings), features 235 students from the Delaware and Lehigh Valleys. Where are they going to college? What will their major be? What are their hopes and dreams for the future? We'll ask these questions, and more, in Best of the Class 2010  Presented by Drexel University.

Sponsored by Drexel University, Best of the Class participants are selected by public, private and parochial high schools throughout the Delaware and Lehigh Valleys. In addition to the broadcast special, 6abc will feature all of the students through commercial vignettes. These vignettes begin May 29th and run through most of the summer.
