WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA-November 1, 2005 -- Does this mean Seacrest is Out?
No. But, Ryan Seacrest was crowned queen of last night's West Hollywood's annual Halloween Carnaval. West Hollywood has a large gay population and many people who live there come out in force for Halloween.
While Seacrest sat as queen, Charlie O'Connell of "The Bachelor" and Kim Coles of "In Living Color" judged the annual costume contest.
