December 16, 2005 -- Overnight gunfire has claimed the life of a man in Delaware.
It happened in the 500 block of Adam Street in Wilmington.
Police say a 44-year-old man was shot in the back, just after 1 AM.
The man was rushed to Christiana Hospital where he died.
Police are still trying to determine the victim's identity.
