PHILADELPHIA-January 10, 2006 -- A new law in Philadelphia makes upskirting illegal.
It's the practice of people taking pictures or video up women's skirts or down their blouses.
It's a third degree misdemeanor and is punishable by a maximum of one year in prison. Lynne Abraham/Philadelphia District Attorney: "It's posted for sale on the internet so sick-os around the world can tap into photos being taken."District Attorney Lynn Abraham says the law was needed because video voyeurism is a big internet business.
