PHILADELPHIA-March 15, 2006 (WPVI) -- A disturbance inside the Criminal Justice Center spilled out onto the streets of Center City Wednesday morning.
Police say groups of teens and young adults began fighting in the center lobby after the sentencing of a man for a fatal stabbing in south Philadelphia last summer.
Officers rushed to the scene as the fight moved out onto Filbert Street.
Six people were arrested.
