PHILADELPHIA - May 1, 2006 (WPVI) -- Today is the final day for Philadelphia City Councilman Rick Mariano.
He was convicted of fraud and bribery in March. Mariano is due to be sentenced on June first.
Councilman Mariano announced his decision to resign on Frank Rizzo' radio show in April.
