DOVER, Del. (AP) - September 20, 2006 (WPVI) -- Dover police say a city man has been shot twice in a month.
Police arrested a Dover man in the latest shooting Monday night.
Orin Turner has been charged in the latest shooting, which occurred at an apartment complex.
The unidentified victim was shot twice in the buttocks on Sept. 3 as he bicycled near a different apartment complex. 24-year-old Felipe Goicuria of Dover has been charged in that shooting.
