SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - October 26, 2006 (WPVI) -- In Philadelphia, the city's homicide rate continues to climb as another person was shot and killed.
It happened just before 2:30 a.m. on the 700 block of Cantrell Street in South Philadelphia.
Nineteen-year-old Antonio Johnson was shot multiple times in the chest. No arrests have been made.
