ERIE, Pa. (AP) - March 5, 2007 -- The trial for a mother accused of using her four-week-old infant to beat her boyfriend is postponed in Erie County court.
Authorities say that in October, Chytoria Graham grabbed four-week-old Jarron by his feet and swung him, hitting her boyfriend and fracturing the skull of the infant.
She is charged with aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children and related offenses.
Jarron has made a full recovery and is the custody of Graham's parents, along with her four other children.
A new trial date has not been set. (Copyright 2007 by the Associated Press. All Rights Reserved.)
