SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - March 22, 2007 (WPVI) -- Security at the Port of Philadelphia was the subject of a protest Thursday night along Columbus Boulevard in South Philadelphia.
AFL-CIO President John Sweeney joined local labor leaders at the demonstration.
The group wants Wal-Mart to support the scanning of all cargo containers at the port in the interest of security.
Current practice involves scanning only a percentage of all containers.
Calls to Wal-Mart were not returned
