September 18, 2007 (WPVI) -- Cecily Tynan is celebrating the birth of her new baby, and sharing pictures of her little bundle of joy.
Little Emma Grace arrived Monday morning weighing 7 pounds. She's 19 inches long.
Cecily said she is just as adorable as her big brother Luke when he was born almost two years ago.
Everyone's doing great and getting plenty of sleep.
Congratulations again to Cecily, her husband Greg and big brother Luke!
