SOLEBURY TWP., Pa. - June 25, 2008 (WPVI) -- A swim in the Delaware River in Hunterdon County ended tragically for a New Jersey man.
It happened around 4:00 this afternoon on the river at Bulls Island State Park in Delaware Township.
Police say a 47-year-old Stockton, New Jersey man was trying to swim in the river when he went under. Despite efforts by search and rescue teams, the victim's body was found in the river, near Solebury Township, Bucks County, about an hour later.
