7 hurt in Egg Harbor Township crash

Police say this SUV rolled over with several teens inside Monday night.

An SUV packed with teens crashed in southern Jersey. Police say alcohol may be involved.

The SUV flipped over several times, and struck a tree along Somers Point - Mays Landing Road in Egg Harbor Township, late Monday night.

Seven people were in the vehicle: Five juveniles, an adult, and the 18-year-old driver, identified as Cormick McMann.

McCann was ejected and is in the hospital in critical condition. Several others in the SUV were also hurt.

Police say witnesses have told them that McMann and the occupants had been consuming alcohol at a home and were on their way to a nearby beach community.
