2 seriously injured in Cherry Hill crash

CHERRY HILL, N.J. - January 11, 2008 (WPVI) -- Two people are hospitalized with serious injuries after a late night car crash in Cherry Hill.

The accident happened just before midnight on Brookmead Drive near Midway Drive.

The driver of a Hyundai lost control of the vehicle on the wet road surface and slammed into a tree.

Both the driver and a passenger were trapped inside. Emergency crews were able to free them and take them to Cooper Hospital in Camden for treatment.

Police are still investigating.
