Deadly Accident

A third man has died in the wake of a sports car crash in Southwest Philadelphia.

Police say 41-year-old Bruce Hunter, of West Philadelphia, died Monday at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Hunter was driving a minivan that was struck around 6 p.m. Friday by a speeding 2005 Lamborghini that crossed into the oncoming lane and collided with the minivan and another car.

Police say Adam Brown, a 29-year-old former Brookhaven, Pa. police officer, had rented the high-powered red sports car to take his wife out for their fifth wedding anniversary.

Brown's passenger, 60-year-old Geoffrey Kleiman, of Broomall, was also killed.

Police say the driver of the third vehicle was in stable condition at the hospital Monday night.
