WILMINGTON - June 26, 2009 (WPVI) -- Wilmington Police are on the scene of a shooting at 4th and Monroe Streets.
It happened around 4:00 p.m. One victim suffered a gunshot wound to the body.
The shooting occurred near a busy shopping plaza.
A suspect was seen running on north on Monroe Street towards 5th Street.
