MONTGOMERYVILLE, Pa. - August 28, 2009 (WPVI) -- A tragedy at a packaging plant late Friday in Montgomeryville.
The accident happened shortly before 5:00 p.m. at the Mid-Atlantic Packaging Display Division located along the 100 block of Commerce Drive.
An employee got his head caught in an industrial gluing machine.
Medics arrived, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
