EAST OAK LANE - November 4, 2009 (WPVI) -- A car slammed into the side of a building Wednesday morning in Philadelphia's East Oak Lane section.
The accident occurred around 8:50 a.m.
Because of the impact, there was a hole in the side of the Celtenham York Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
The woman driving the vehicle was transported to Einstein in an unknown condition.What caused the driver to lose control is still under investigation.
