Shooting in West Oak Lane

WEST OAK LANE - November 11, 2009 (WPVI) -- A 38-year-old man is hospitalized after being shot in Philadelphia's West Oak Lane section.

The shooting happened around 7:30 p.m. at East Washington Lane at Lowber Avenue.

Police say the victim was shot in the stomach and upper leg. He was rushed by medics to Albert Einstein Medical Center.

The shooter remains at large.
