HAMMONTON, N.J. - November 21, 2009 (WPVI) -- A pilot was able to escape injury when his small plane crashed this Saturday afternoon in a blueberry field in South Jersey.
The crash happened at 3:30 p.m. in Hammonton, Atlantic County, just off South Myrtle Street.
The pilot of the Piper-Cherokee reported engine trouble before going down.
