An overturned tractor trailer has tied up traffic along a stretch of Route 42 in Bellmawr, New Jersey.
BELLMAWR, N.J.- November 1, 2011 (WPVI) -- A ramp to Route 42 in Bellmawr has reopened after HAZMAT crews wrapped up their cleanup from a crash early Tuesday morning.
According to police, it was around 5:00 a.m. when a tractor-trailer pulling a cargo box tipped over approaching the Exit 14 Ramp from Creek Road to Route 42 Southbound.
