EAST FALLS - November 13, 2011 (WPVI) -- A multi-vehicle accident on Roosevelt Boulevard has left two people on the mend.
It happened shortly after midnight in the westbound lanes of the highway near the Fox Street exit.
Police are unsure exactly how the accident occurred, but they say four vehicles were involved in the crash.
A man and a woman both from separate vehicles were injured. They were taken to Jefferson University Hospital, where they were treated and released.
The westbound lanes of Roosevelt Boulevard were shut down briefly while crews cleared the scene.
