N.J. nail salon busted for prostitution

Police say they have raided a prostitution operation at a South Jersey hair salon.

Officers have charged a 48-year-old Philadelphia woman with promoting prostitution at a South Jersey nail salon.

COLLINGSWOOD, N.J. - December 15, 2011 (WPVI) -- Police say a Camden County nail salon was doing a lot more in its massage parlor than was advertised.

Investigators say the Zheng Salon in Collingswood doubled as a house of prostitution.

Officers arrested 48-year-old Rong Chen of Philadelphia on Wednesday.

They charged her with promoting prostitution from the salon on the 700 block of Haddon Avenue.

Police say at least one woman at the salon was providing sexual favors to customers for money.
