Police arrest 2 brothers in Atlantic City homicide

Atlantic City Police have arrested two men in connection with the murder of 25-year-old man Sunday night.

Police arrested brothers, 32-year-old Mykal Derry and 21-year-old Malik Derry for the murder of 25-year-old Tyquinn James who was found fatally shot outside of an Atlantic City Restaurant in the 1300 block of Adriatic Avenue Sunday night.

Police say the suspects were found Monday inside the DMV at the Shore Mall in Egg Harbor Township and taken into custody around 1:30 p.m.

Both men have been charged with murder, conspiracy to commit murder and weapons offenses.

They are being held on $1 million cash bail.
