Pedestrian struck and killed near Cherry Hill Mall

CHERRY HILL - January 18, 2012 (WPVI) -- Authorities are investigating a deadly accident near the Cherry Hill Mall.

The accident happened around 5:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Haddonfield Road.

Police say a woman was struck by a car. The driver stopped at the scene.

The woman was taken to Kennedy University Hospital where she was later pronounced dead.

Cherry Hill police are investigating.
