READING, Pa. - February 4, 2012 (WPVI) -- Authorities in eastern Pennsylvania are investigating the death of a man whose body was found in an alley in Reading.
Police said neighbors heard gunshots between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. Saturday, but police weren't called until later in the morning.
Authorities said a couple walking their dog reported spotting the victim. Investigators got to the scene at about 9 a.m. Saturday.
Capt. Mark Spotts said the victim was a male in his 20s, and the body was surrounded by bullet casings.
Police are asking for help from the public in identifying the victim.
