A fight inside a Philadelphia bar ended in gunfire and one man being rushed to an area hospital.

The shooting happened around 1:45 a.m. Thursday inside the Black Pumpkin Bar, located at the intersection of Whitaker Avenue and E Wyoming Avenue in the city's Feltonville section.

According to police, two bar patrons got into a fight, resulting in one of the men being thrown out of the establishment. However, the man quickly returned  this time armed with a gun.

The gunman fired three shots, striking the victim in the stomach.

The victim was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he is listed in guarded condition.

Police have a good description of the shooter, who witnesses say fled after the shooting. The suspect didn't get away unscathed, having suffered a head wound in the fight.
