Motorcyclist injured in accident near stadiums

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - May 1, 2012 (WPVI) -- Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a motorcycle accident near the stadium area tonight that seriously injured one man.

The accident was reported on Southbound 1-95 near Lincoln Financial field just before 7:00 p.m.

Police say a motorcyclist lost control and hit the median.

The 32-year-old driver was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania with serious injuries.
