Body found in Wilmington; death labeled suspicious

WILMINGTON, Del. - May 23, 2012 (WPVI) -- Police are investigating the discovery of a body inside a Wilmington business late Tuesday night.

Officers say a body was discovered around 11:00 p.m. inside TRISTATE Mechanical Inc. Plumbing and Heating, located at 3rd Street and Rodney Street.

Police and emergency medical services were called to the building and found the man on the floor. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

There is no word on how the person died, but investigators have labeled the death as suspicious.

Wilmington police detectives are investigating.
