NORTHERN LIBERTIES - June 7, 2012 (WPVI) -- An off-duty police officer was involved in a crash late Thursday morning in Philadelphia's Northern Liberties section.
The accident happened just before noon at the intersection of Front and Spring Garden streets.
At least one person was transported by medics to an area hospital.
There is no word on how seriously that person was hurt, nor if the injured was the officer or someone else involved in the collision.
It is unclear what led to the crash. Police are investigating.
