WYNNEFIELD - June 28, 2012 (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are searching for the two men that robbed the North American Motor Inn early Thursday morning.
The robbery happened in the 4000 block of City Avenue just after midnight.
Police say two men, one armed with a gun, confronted a janitor to let them into the lobby of the Motor Inn.
The suspects opened the register and stole about a thousand dollars in cash before fleeing on foot.
There were no reports of any injuries.
Police continue to investigate.
