Downed wires close Route 70 in Evesham

EVESHAM TWP., N.J. - July 12, 2012 (WPVI) -- A truck clipped low hanging wires, bringing them down on Route 70 in Burlington County.

It happened shortly after 11:00 a.m. between Palmetto Avenue and Plymouth Drive.

The roadway is closed while crews work to clear the scene.

It is unclear if these are telephone lines or electrical.

There are no reported injuries.
