2 shot in Wilmington, several arrested

WILMINGTON, Del. - August 19, 2012 (WPVI) -- Wilmington police say someone opened fire on a crowd of people Sunday afternoon after a fight broke out.

Officers rushed to the scene in the 500 block of North Monroe and found a man and woman with gunshot wounds to their legs.

Both were rushed to Christiana Hospital for treatment and will pull through.

Police arrested several people who were involved in the fight but are still looking for the shooter or shooters.
