UPPER MERION, Pa. - August 27, 2012 (WPVI) -- Upper Merion police are investigating two gas station burglaries from over the weekend.
The first incident happened last Thursday at the Gulph Mills Sunoco on South Gulph Road and a second burglary occurred this past Saturday morning at the Exxon Station, located at Henderson Road and South Gulph Road.
According to investigators, the suspect enters the store by smashing a window and then steals cigarettes and lottery tickets.
No injuries have been reported during the burglaries.
Upper Merion police fear the violence may escalate and someone may get hurt in a possible future robbery.
