Police: Woman runs over man at block party

LOGAN - September 2, 2012 (WPVI) -- Authorities say a block party in Logan turned violent when a woman ran over a man during an argument.

It happened around 11:00 Saturday night on the 5000 block of North 12th Street.

The woman and a man got into an altercation. During the argument the woman got into her car and allegedly ran over the man, knocking him to the ground.

Police tell Action News that the woman then ran over the man a second time before fleeing the scene.

The victim - in his 20s - was taken to Albert Einstein Hospital in serious condition.

No word what sparked the altercation. Police continue to investigate.
