HUNTING PARK - September 25, 2012 (WPVI) -- Police are investigating the stabbing of a man in the Hunting Park section of Philadelphia late Monday night.
The incident occurred just before 11:30 p.m. inside an apartment on the 1200 block of Rising Sun Avenue.
Police tell Action News that a 46-year-old man was stabbed in the head.
The victim lost a lot of blood, but managed to make it outside where he collapsed. He was taken to the hospital and is listed in critical condition.
Police say they have a person of interest in custody, a 19-year-old man.
The names of those involved have not been released.
