CHESTER, Pa. - September 25, 2012 (WPVI) -- Interstate 95 has reopened after an earlier crash, which resulted in major delays for commuters in Delaware County.
The accident happened around 6:00 a.m. Tuesday near Kerlin Street in Chester.
A pickup truck overturned in the crash, blocking traffic in the outter lanes.
At least one person was injured in the crash - the severity of those injuries are unknown.
Crews have since uprighted and removed the vehicle from the highway. All lanes are now clear.
