Police chase ends with crash in Hunting Park

HUNTING PARK - October 1, 2012 (WPVI) -- A police chase ended with a crash on Monday afternoon in the Hunting Park section of Philadelphia.

Police were in pursuit of a Ford Mustang at 4:30 p.m., which is believed to have been stolen.

The chase ended with a crash at the intersection of Whitaker Avenue and Hunting Park Avenue.

At that time, officers were able to take the driver of the Mustang into custody.

There are reports of injuries but, at this time, it is not clear who was hurt.
