NJ police capture escaped prisoner

CUMBERLAND CO., N.J. - October 24, 2102 (WPVI) -- Police in Cumberland County, New Jersey say the search ended for an escaped prisoner with his capture late Wednesday night.

Officials say 33-year-old Josue Burgos was back in custody just before midnight.

Burgos had escaped around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday night from the Bayside State Prison in Leesburg.

He was serving time for robbery.
