Children see father murdered in Philly

HUNTING PARK - October 26, 2012 (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Police say a gunman shot and killed a man in front of his young children in Hunting Park Thursday night.

The incident happened around 9:30 p.m. in the 500 block of West Cornwall Street.

Officials say 32-year-old Atta Abukanan was shot in the head at point-blank range while his young son and daughter watched.

Abukanan was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are searching for two people who fled the area.
