Police: Delaware man, 39, sexually abused girl, 9

SMYRNA, Del. - November 28, 2012 (WPVI) -- A Smyrna, Delaware man has been charged with sexually abusing a 9-year-old girl.

Scott Street, 39, of the 900 block of Boxwood Drive, turned himself in to Smyrna Police on Tuesday.

Police say he sexually abused the girl multiple times over the last year.

Street is charged with first degree rape, continuous sexual abuse of a child and related offenses.

He is behind bars in default of $275,000 bail.
