NEWARK, Del. - January 9, 2013 (WPVI) -- New Castle County Police are investigating a rash of daytime thefts and burglaries happening in two townhouse communities.
The burglaries have been taking place of the course of the last several weeks within the Amberfield and Briargate communities in Newark.
Residents living in the area are being asked to keep their doors and windows locked when not at home.
