NORTH PHILADELPHIA - January 12, 2013 (WPVI) -- Police are looking for the hit-and-run driver who struck three cars and fled leaving his passengers at the scene.
It happened around 1:15 Saturday morning near B and Ontario streets in North Philadelphia.
Authorities say an Infiniti occupied by 4 men was traveling south on B Street when it rear ended a Honda Civic.
The impact of the crash pushed the Honda onto the sidewalk and caused minor injuries to a passenger inside.
Investigators say the Infiniti kept going and struck another car where a woman had just parked to unload her children.
Soon after, the striking vehicle kept going and hit another parked car.
Police tell Action News that the driver then fled the scene on foot, leaving his three passengers at the scene to explain what happened.
Authorities continue to investigate as they search for the person responsible.
