DELRAN, N.J. - March 18, 2013 (WPVI) -- A 20-year-old woman was struck and killed while crossing a Burlington County highway.

It happened at 6:40 a.m. Monday on northbound Route 130 near Hartford Road in Delran.

Police say Christal M. Smith of Delran was struck and killed while trying to cross the highway.

The driver has been identified as Jonathan J. Bozarth of the 200 block of Main Street in Delran.

A police investigation is underway.
